  1. How is my order shipped?

    • All orders from LoveKinx are shipped in a discreet, plain brown box with no indication of the contents. We prioritise your privacy and ensure that all goods are dispatched via a recorded insured service, meaning they will not be left on your doorstep or with neighbors.
  2. What shipping options do you offer?

    • We offer several shipping options depending on your location:
      • UK: Royal Mail Tracked48: 2-3 working days (£2.99)
      • UK: Royal Mail Tracked24: 1-2 working days (£4.68)
      • UK: DPD Express Next Day: 1 working day (£6.99)
      • UK: Royal Mail Overnight: 1 working day (£5.99)
      • EU: Royal Mail International: 3-7 working days (£5.99)
      • Worldwide: Royal Mail International: 5-7 working days (£9.99)
    • Next day delivery cut-off is 3 pm Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays.
  3. What happens if I’m not home to receive my delivery?

    • If you are not home when your order arrives, Royal Mail will hold the package at their local depot for 7 days, allowing you to pick it up. After 7 days, the parcel will be returned to us. For DPD Courier services, packages will be held for 5 days.
  4. Do you ship internationally?

  5. What is your returns policy?

    • Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns if the following conditions are met:
      1. The goods must be unused.
      2. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
      3. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
      4. Returns must be received within 30 days from the day you received your order.
      5. Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
      6. Any discrepancies or damaged items must be reported within 36 hours of delivery.
