- UK: Royal Mail Tracked48: 2-3 working days (£2.99)
- UK: Royal Mail Tracked24: 1-2 working days (£4.68)
- UK: DPD Express Next Day: 1 working day (£6.99)
- UK: Royal Mail Overnight: 1 working day (£5.99)
- EU: Royal Mail International: 3-7 working days (£5.99)
- Worldwide: Royal Mail International: 5-7 working days (£9.99)
- Next day delivery cut-off is 3 pm Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays.

What happens if I’m not home to receive my delivery?
- If you are not home when your order arrives, Royal Mail will hold the package at their local depot for 7 days, allowing you to pick it up. After 7 days, the parcel will be returned to us. For DPD Courier services, packages will be held for 5 days.

What is your returns policy?
- Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Returns must be received within 30 days from the day you received your order.
- Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Any discrepancies or damaged items must be reported within 36 hours of delivery.
